Our philosophy of "Be Creative! To make value for all" permeates throughout all levels of our organization, from the manufacturing floor, all the way to senior management.
Saito Seisakusho started from humble beginnings in 1934 as a manufacture of hack saw blades, and has since evolved into a premier manufacturer of cutting tools.
Our innovative ideas, coupled with advances in technology allowed us to shift our production from hack saw blades to carbide bites in order to meet the ever changing needs and demands of many world class manufacturing industries.
In 1995, we expanded our special technical field as well as our product offering by creating various types of carbide cutting tools such as reamers, endmills, and cutters.
In the 1990's, the manufacturing industry underwent some changes with the miniaturization of products.
It was during this time that we concentrated our resources and development to carbide micro drills which have since expanded to our other current key products.
The use of CNC (computer numerically controlled) machines in our manufacturing process has allowed us to increase productivity, improve our quality, and ensure our clients precision and reliable products.

Today, our products continued to be used in the manufacturing process of precision parts, and serve the following industries: semiconductor, automobile, aerospace, synthetic fiber, medical, communication, consumer electronics, and many more.
Throughout the years, and all the changes and advancements in technology, our core values, and our philosophy have never changed! "Be Creative! Make Value for others"

The current system of mass‐production and mass‐consumption has made our life more convenient and comfortable.
The system of mass production has also generated much waste, and has created a disposal society.
Today, we have so many products and choices readily available; it often becomes difficult to find things we genuinely need. Certainly mass production has benefited society with more options, and competitive prices, however, we need to understand the “real value” of these products, regardless of their price. At Saito Seisakusho, we strive to set production capability to respond those demands left over from massproduction.
This enables us to match production with demand, thereby reducing waste.
At Saito Seisakusho, we have embraced the theme of transforming the problematic and troublesome to adding value.
As mentioned above, our products play an integral role in precision machinery and manufacturing process.
In short, we have found our right mission in ‘The problematic”.
Our productions’ capability and processes will ensure this theme is realized.
