About End Mill

End mill is used to cut materials in making grooves, surface plane finish and also in forming multiple shapes of workpiece in three dimension.
It is formed at very least by blade on top and side, groove and shank(chucking part).
Corresponding to processing work, There are various types of end mill such as Square end mill, ball end mill, radius corner end mill etc.
Material, Tungsten carbide is an alloy steel made by sintering a compound of metal carbide containing equal parts of tungsten and carbon atoms.
In physical properties, Tungsten carbide is extremely hard , it has rockwell hardness scale of 90 over, and with a Yong's module of approx. 530–700 Gpa(3 times of steel),

Main use field

Injection mold, precision mold for fine parts, modeling, forming and carving small parts.
